Being a mostly custom handmade small shop — we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if an item is received damaged please do not hesitate to reach out! We will accommodate accordingly!
Refunds (if applicable)
We ask that you communicate with us via our email about problems or product concerns. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to you the same payment method you paid with or it will be a store credit.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. No rep codes can be used on sale items. If a code is used I have the right to refund your order or correct the amount owed on your invoice.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items are faulty/damaged. ONLY if we have the size you are needing in stock. We will not accept exchanges for wrong sizes ordered. We kindly suggest reading the product description prior to check out for sizing details!
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we provide to you. It is important you email us for a return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee products to reach you once we have shipped them and are not responsible for any damages caused by shipping carriers.

Text marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send text messages about our store, new products, and other updates. Updates include Checkout Reminders. Webhooks will be used to trigger the Checkout Reminders messaging system.
